Motivation and a tracking of my personal goals. I'm a 32 year old, 5'7" female whose looking to lose around 130lbs.

High weight: 325lbs +
Start weight: 319lbs (April 2012)
Current weight: 269 lbs (July 2014)
1st Goal Weight: 299 lbs. *ACHIEVED June 6th 2012*
2nd Goal Weight: 275 lbs.*ACHIEVED January 31st 2013*
3rd Goal Weight: 250 lbs. UGW: 150 lbs.


I'll be just adding shit that keeps me motivated and inspired. I'll be running and eating clean to get the job done.
I got gel nails and painted them up. I love them so much, even when the nail guy (he was very good but I think his receipt said his name was Mango) told me to sleep by myself so I wouldn’t hurt anyone hahah!

Cold over?

Still coughing a bit, but I am going to try the gym tonight. I don ‘t want to fall too behind on my C25k!  I tried to wake up early to go (at like 6am) but HAHAH that did not work out.

I wish I was a morning runner, but I can barely open my eyes. After work it is!

I lost my voice!

I have a chest cold or something. :( I am sure my work partners are sad about me hiding in the dark being all silent….

Tonight I am going to try to make some gnocchi and shrimp for dinner as a treat! At least gnocchi is mainly potato, so it’s not as heavy on the flour. YUM. My stomach is growling!

My year long plateau has finally been broken. Today I hit 269 lbs! I am out of the 270’s and I never want to go back!! 
I haven’t been tracking calories, simply eating healthy, clean foods when I’m hungry and keeping a SUPER close eye on portion control. I try to eat half what I used too and wait a bit before I go for seconds.
I find eating dinner after I run has really done a great job of curbing my appetite for eating a HUGE ASS dinner.
Next mini-goal is 259 lbs!

My Run

  • Me: First 3 min run NO PROBLEM! Not even winded.
  • Me: First 5 MIN RUN! I got this!! Whew that was hard, but you can in fact run 5 min! Congrats!
  • Me: Second 3 min run OKAY! Tough but you DID IT!! You can run 3 min more than once!
  • Me: Second 5 min run. Nope! Where is that muthafuckin' cool down.

Tonight’s run

So I am doing my regular C25K, and I’ve been stuck on the 3 minute runs. I repeated the last week just to try to do it, but I can’t seem to do both of the runs (I am such a wuss!).

My sister suggested I just start the next week and do the 5 minutes runs, so I am going to try that tonight. I’m a bit afraid, and I’m not in the mood to push myself (It’s hot and I have been fighting a minor cold). But I’m gonna go run anyways. See how I do.
