Is what I need to lose to get back to my lowest ever weight. MOTIVATED to surpass it in the next couple of weeks.
I dunno why the numbers always motivate me, in a good way. It’s like if I forget about my number goals, I am like “Whatever I can eat cake!”
I’ve motivated lately and feeling better. I think the foot inserts are helping and yesterday I did an hour walk and while my feet where sore at the end, I don’t even thing I could have done that a few weeks ago.
Super clean eating until my Paris trip in June and when I go I am going to try REALLY hard not to over indulge. I am so bad with food. But I will restrain myself for both my budget, my waistline, and that way I can tell myself I can try more in smaller quantities.
Have joined forces. She is currently pregnant though, but is eating healthier and I’m going to grab before shots very shortly!
I am excited to have a buddy as I’ve really just be staying still.
