Back on track and it’s been feeling good. I’m at my lowest weights ever and although I haven’t always felt like working out, I’m being SUPER observant about what I eat.
My chart definitely shows the ups and downs, but I’m striving hard to hit my next goal weight of 250lbs by Christmas. It’s only 16lbs, so should be easy.
I almost did a week of a raw diet ‘cos I was too lazy to cook. (Energy savings!)
I have been doing really well eating clean, but I as always I find it hard to up my calorie count with healthy options. (Hello nuts).
I am trying super hard to keep my routine the same and to remember that nothing happens over night. It takes time and effort and I am a horribly lazy person.
