Lost money. Work is CRAAZY busy. Still jetlagged.
I don’t want to play slot machines, but we went to a pinball museum with restored machines and I am SO SAD I don’t have one here. I love pinball so much.
I am DYING for some fruits and veggies but my house is empty from holidays. Strange how my cravings have changed.
One casino had deep friend Oreos! I opted for a corndog though because nothing says “I visited ‘Murica” more than corndogs and casinos.
Still coughing a bit, but I am going to try the gym tonight. I don ‘t want to fall too behind on my C25k! I tried to wake up early to go (at like 6am) but HAHAH that did not work out.
I wish I was a morning runner, but I can barely open my eyes. After work it is!
I have a chest cold or something. :( I am sure my work partners are sad about me hiding in the dark being all silent….
My year long plateau has finally been broken. Today I hit 269 lbs! I am out of the 270’s and I never want to go back!!
I haven’t been tracking calories, simply eating healthy, clean foods when I’m hungry and keeping a SUPER close eye on portion control. I try to eat half what I used too and wait a bit before I go for seconds.
I find eating dinner after I run has really done a great job of curbing my appetite for eating a HUGE ASS dinner.
Next mini-goal is 259 lbs!
